Paid Time Off Programs

A differentiator of Ronald Blue & Co. is that we recognize the importance of balancing work demands with personal life needs. This is a tenet we teach our clients and we desire the same balance for our team members.  RB&Co. seeks ways to enhance the quality of life for our employees and offers Paid Time Off to eligible employees in support of this goal; including:*

Flexible Paid Time Off Program: Traditional forms of paid time off such as vacation time, holidays, time off for short-term illnesses, etc. are covered through RB&Co.'s Paid Time Off Program.

Work-Life Balance Days: To support the balanced lifestyle that is one of the foundational principles of Ronald Blue & Co., additional time off is available and designated for use to facilitate and promote work/life balance.

Mission Days: Paid Time Off hours may be redeemed on a 1 for 2 basis for employees desiring time off to serve on mission-related projects.

Additional Paid Time Off Plans include:

  • Long Term Disability
  • Jury Duty/Time off for Legal Proceedings
  • Bereavement Leave
  • Leaves of Absence, etc.

*Eligibility for Employee Benefits is subject to eligibility guidelines set forth in the RB&Co. Policy Manual.
